To get a useful answer on the first reply, include:
- your device (for example, iPhone 13 or Samsung Galaxy A54) and its iOS or Android version
- the app version, from the App Store or Google Play page of the game
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
Purchases and refunds
Apple and Google handle all billing, and only they can issue a refund. We cannot see your payment details and we cannot reverse a charge.
- iPhone and iPad: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account that was charged.
- Android: open your order history on Google Play, or follow Google Play's refund help.
